How does AngioJet thrombectomy work, and why is it considered an effective treatment for removing large or acute blood clots?
This procedure uses a catheter and saline jets to break up and remove blood clots. From what I’ve seen, it works especially well for larger clots or ones that cause a lot of swelling. Recovery tends to be quicker and easier than with traditional surgery.
