Does anyone have recommendations for clinics that do 360 lipo or HD liposuction?

I’m thinking about getting 360 lipo or HD liposuction and was wondering if anyone has recommendations for good clinics. I’d really appreciate hearing about real experiences, especially in terms of results, safety, and recovery.

I looked into 360 lipo myself a while back, and from what I learned, the results really depend on the surgeon’s skill and how realistic your expectations are. Recovery wasn’t super easy for most people I spoke to it took a few weeks to feel normal again.

My friend had HD liposuction last year, and she was really happy with the definition, especially around her abs. But she did say the swelling lasted longer than expected, and compression garments were a must. She kept saying patience during recovery made a big difference in the final result.
