Has anyone experience with gynecomastia treatment, did the surgeon use liposuction alone, surgical gland removal, or a combination of both methods to achieve the best results.
I had stubborn gland tissue, so they removed it surgically and used lipo for shaping. It looked much more natural afterward.
It was a combination surgery for me. The surgeon removed the gland through a tiny incision and then used liposuction for shaping. The chest looked much flatter and natural after healing.
The surgeon recommended doing both to avoid leftover tissue or unevenness. I initially thought lipo was enough, but I’m glad we did gland removal too the chest looks much flatter.
