What are the latest treatment options available for vascular diseases?

What are the most recent and advanced treatment options available for vascular diseases, including minimally invasive procedures, surgical interventions, and emerging therapies, and how do they compare in terms of effectiveness, safety, and recovery time?

Most advanced vascular treatments today are minimally invasive, like angioplasty, stents, and catheter-based procedures, which are safer and have a much faster recovery than open surgery. Open bypass is still used for severe cases. New stuff like stem cell or gene therapy is promising but mostly experimental. My family member had a stent procedure and was back to normal activities within a few days, which was much easier than we expected.
